Since he is so experienced, he would point out small things that we would have missed but were important for our decision process. He always presents detailed information, analyzed the pros and cons, and provided strategies for moving forward. He definitely looks out for us and has our best interests in mind. We were impressed with his level of knowledge and truly appreciated his input. Steven was always available. He helped us figure out the best way to position our offer to get the best chance that the seller would accept it. After we got into escrow, Steven was diligent in making sure all inspections were in place, communicated with the seller’s agent, and kept us informed on a daily basis.
