Lauren Warneke, of Sample Warneke Real Estate, is a Tampa native familiar with many aspects of real estate and homebuilding since an early age, gaining exposure to the industries through her family’s custom home-building company. Lauren pays keen attention to detail and keeps her clients informed throughout the entire process. Lauren has a unique background in marketing and client relations, which adds a dynamic element to her career as a real estate agent. Upon graduating Cum Laude from the University of Florida, she moved to Atlanta with an exceptional job opportunity. She quickly developed her innovative marketing and client relations skills, working on many experiential marketing campaigns for companies, including Coca-Cola, Dunkin’ Donuts, the Southeastern Conference, and more. She returned to her roots in the home building industry when she transitioned to her role as Marketing Director for a well-respected, growing regional home builder. She grew her knowledge and passion for market data and innovative communication strategies here.
Lauren met her now-husband & business partner, Steven Warneke, while living in Atlanta, and they returned to Tampa, where she immediately began her work in Real Estate. Her first four years were filled with rapid growth & proven success while working alongside the top-producing agent. Lauren adeptly handled many aspects of his business, gaining experience, knowledge, and scale that most must wait years to accumulate. Today, Lauren utilizes these years of experience to set her apart as a trusted & knowledgeable real estate agent and member of Sample Warneke. With her high referral rate, it is clear that Lauren provides a tremendous level of service to her clients.
Lauren is a member of the Greater Tampa Association of REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS®, and community involvement has always been important to her. Most recently, she has been dedicating her resources to the Children's Cancer Center, Metropolitan Ministries, her church, and as a former Co-Chair of the American Cancer Society's Associate Board of Ambassadors (ABOA). Steven and Lauren currently live in the Beach Park neighborhood of South Tampa with their precious children, Olivia & Thomas, and their Golden Retriever, Ben.
